Here's one that's free to try, but then to get it all you buy it.
That's one heck of a program to be getting 500 digit accuracy.
I don't know where you can get such a software, but you don't need that to test your program.
If your program works well for 10 digits, 20 digits (PC calculator can verify this), then there is no reason to believe it won't work well for 500 digits.
Unfortunately I am not a mathematician either but from my computer science days I do know that if you want 500 significant figures then you are going to have to do some serious research to get the answers. Simple checking at a low level will not give you the answer. If you are lucky someone has a programme for doing what you want but you will also need to verify their programme.
