well the thing is that i want to start my own business and i need to know what people think about this business that i have in mind . well the idea is that i
STEP 1: buy 2 houses and rent them out using a real estate agency hence i would have a constant cash flow coming in .
STEP2: save up the money that i would be getting from renting out the 2 houses
STEP3: buy 2 or 3 more houses and rent them out
STEP 4 ; After about 2 years from the money i would i have saved up ,try and invest /buy a small hotel
i dont really know if all this would work , or i am just fooling myself . and i am 18, is this really realistic?

Um, How much money do you think you will nead to get started?
Real estate is not cheap and the amount of money you will get in return will not initialy be enough to live on, let alone save to buy more houses or even a hotel.
I think you should get your head out of the clouds and go to Uni, learn about life, and when you have grown a little more, go see a financial advisor.
It may be better for you to invest in a holding or trust, but an advisor would be able to tell you what is right for you.
Absolutley realistic! The market is a great way to make money. Congrats on wearing your thinking cap at 18 when most of us are just drooling, tv watching, dillholes! You have a great attitude, and I can only see success in your future!!
it sounds like you are very well planned for what you want keep persuing your dreams and you will get what you want sometimes we arent responsible enough to make the right choices and I think that your mom is just looking out for your best interest.good luck you are well on your way to a nice life,you can do what you set out to do just never give up on your dreams
