Hello anyone...lol..I need some help to a question that I keep seeing while applying for jobs in Human Resources...okay...here it is..."what is SAP and VURV? I am sure it has something to do with computers or some form of computer applications. Please someone, anyone...help me..or at least lead me to where I can find out more on this issue. Thanks...

SAP is a database program. At my old job it was used for everything. Creating order, logging trouble tickets, logging repair notes, searching the system and much, much, much more. It is the software by which certain parts of a company operate. If SAP goes down almost nothing gets done for many individuals.
