Career Advise?

Question: Hi, I am a B.Com + MBA (Finance and Marketing) with 2+ years of workex in IT sector into ERP functional and Business Analysis. Now, my department has been changed to Product Marketing. I wonder if I have any future in the marketing department of an IT concern. I have a kind of mental block for marketing. Should I continue in the same company or try to move out. Also, Can I move back to Finance (Though I feel that I'll have to accept low salary to make this switch). Please Suggest.

Don't do anything you have a mental block against. You will not do well. You might take a salary cut now but moving back and doing something you love will mean eventually you will come out ahead.
