i would buy resistance and leave it unopened b/c there is a lawsuit that would remove it from shelfs and then the value would shoot up, the lawsuit is over a church that is depicted in the game, they didn't have rights to use that church

I would highly recommend you get Ninja Gaiden Sigma and GTA4 when it comes out. For the other 2 I would choose R6:Vegas and Resistance, but if you like sports games then just sub in 2 of those instead of Vegas and Resistance.
Definitly get GTA IV Because its gonna be a great game will life like graphics,area, cars, and people, etc Ninja Gaiden Sigma will be pretty popular so there another good choice resistance they say it a very good maybe try considering that or just rent 1st
GTA IV; definitely. The GTA games are the best series of games available at present, loads of fun and they last ages.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma is supposed to be brutally hard so if you like a challenge, go for that. Your other 2 choices depend on how much you like sport. NBA 2k games are better by far than EA's NBA Live series, so if you want a basketball game get 2K8. Resistance is not that special but it has been out since launch so it may be slightly cheaper or available 2nd hand.
