Im a management student and have been assigned a project to create awareness among people to donate their organs after death. So i wanted some questions which i can put in my questionnaire. Questions can be open ended and close ended. Thanks

You can ask the donor to please involve their parents to be involved and informed in their decision to be an organ donor...parents have the ultimate say so when it come to these issues...
