IT people, please help me...please?

Question:
I have been accused of obtaining my instructors password on Blackboard and using it to access tests. I would like to know if anyone can tell me if and how I can prove my innocence. The girl who had access to the instructors account looked at the tests and printed a couple of them off, and is now blaming it on me. I am not computer literate and would like to know if there is a way to locate when and where she accessed the account. (maybe from her home computer)Please help me someone. BB told me all they do is issue the software.
It would be in the history of your computer if you had the test open on your computer. It's particially the teacher's fault for not having a good enough password or hiding it good enough.
The schools network will have a log of when each account was accessed and what computer terminal they were accessed from. No one will take your word that your innocent but you wont be able to access any of the information yourself. You will have to go talk to the schools IT people yourself to get the information.
there is a way, cookies, if u can go on this girls comp and chek her cookis there should one that www.blackboard.com/<teachersus... or something like that
It will be hard to prove that you are innocent. However, the burden of proof is usually on the accuser, not the accused. If anything comes of this, you will be entitled to a hearing. If they punish you based on mere circumstantial evidence, you should go to a lawyer.
