Answer:
What do you want out of life? You have a lot of thinking to do, and we can't do it for you. Grow up and take ownership for your life and your family's well being. Murdoch sounds hard hearted, but I have to admit, if you can get this kind of offer, you should be able to decide for yourself what is more important, your career, your family, or a balance of both. It's not easy. It's the toughest part of life, but once you decide with your heart, it gets much better!
I say choose the job you think would suit your life style more, eg... can you see the kids, how much more would you get payed and would it be worth it, how much time would i have to my self, why am i looking at a new job am i bored in this one, you have answered a few questions already is getting a few more dollars worth missing your kids games?
the answer my friend is in your heart, follow your heart not your head, you can wiegh up or the pros and cons as you like, you still enter the stress zone, is money more important than the intereaction you have with your children, they are children once, set the balance
Which one is better in the long run? Will it ALWAYS be impossible to go to Little League games, or just at the beginning? Will you be working for more money or less (long run)? Which job will cause the least amount of stress? Which one is more fulfilling? The new opportunity is bigger and more prestigious but is that what you really want, or is it just exciting thinking that you COULD do it if you want to?
it not easy!! ask yourself why you are working for yourself or children. if you answer this question then you can answer yourself.
The truth bud, is that you are the only one who can answer your own question. Life is a journey and you have to be open to alternative destinations. Everyone's path is different. And while that sounds like a fortune cookie it happens to be true. Find what floats your boat and go for it.

The only thing that other people can tell you is what worked and didn't work for them.

One last truth, stay away from people who tell you "it can't be done."
It's pretty pathetic that you are supposedly the type of person who can get this type of offer, but you have to come to AnswersRoom.com for advice. You are whiny and spineless.
