A human resource question?/?

Question:
i have finally gone to h.r. about a women who harassed me at work. i made the report,i provided them with evidence 2 pictures i have of her in lingerie, i also provided them with phone records of her calling me. this obviously goes against the rules, considering she is a manager. im going in thursday to write a final statement, and it looks like they will be talking to her on friday. what do you think they are going to do to her?? and do i need to worry about retaliation she knows where i live??

Answer:
I don't think it would hurt to keep your doors locked at all times! They may fire her or just give her a formal warning. If they don''t fire her, still keep documenting everything that goes on between you two.
You should be protected by law against retaliation. If something happens you can sue the company for retaliation.
Playing the devil's advocate here: Seems like you may have been a willing participant in this little game ... for example, how much encouragement did you give her to get her down to her underwear? Instead of taking pictures of her,why didn't you run? I assume you weren't tied up with a camera in your hands ... and if you were? Well, that's another scenario I'd hate to try to explain to the HR Dept. From where I sit, you've got more 'splainin' to do than she has.
why did you turn that down, sounds like you could of hit that. You fruit.
Did they send you the pictures or did you take them at the office late one night? Either way, somebody will be getting an HR spankin'
