I don't think it would hurt to keep your doors locked at all times! They may fire her or just give her a formal warning. If they don''t fire her, still keep documenting everything that goes on between you two.
You should be protected by law against retaliation. If something happens you can sue the company for retaliation.
Playing the devil's advocate here: Seems like you may have been a willing participant in this little game ... for example, how much encouragement did you give her to get her down to her underwear? Instead of taking pictures of her,why didn't you run? I assume you weren't tied up with a camera in your hands ... and if you were? Well, that's another scenario I'd hate to try to explain to the HR Dept. From where I sit, you've got more 'splainin' to do than she has.
