action on this as according to our
understanding such an act (of

But, this is not possible because
after retirement as Secretary, MHRD, Mr
Sudeep Banerjee is now the Advisor to
the Minister. Eyebrows have been raised
even on this appointment which means
that the MHRD is to be run as per the
whims and wishes of Mr Banerjee. how one can get justice.

the senior most officer in the ichr sould be appointed as member secretary dr pk shukla is a adhoc deputy director who can never be the senior most. since he seems to have politcal support as well as support from a secretary he should be sacked for misusing his power through unfairmeans along with chairman who is allowing this kind of injustice with director.
