Not sure what to do next?

Question:
I have been interviewing for this Job for the past three weeks. I was told that I am in, but I needed to do an employees evaluation study before I officially get hired in. Last week, did turned in my report and met again with the owner. He told me that I am in. However, he needs to figure out where he is going to use me, and his HR will contact me by the end of the week. Did not hear from them so I called the Human Resources (HR) manager yesterday he told he will call me by the end of the day, or this morning - so far nothing yet...!

Answer:
Dude, that is normal. I work for the government, i was to call when i got my packet in the mail. i was told i would get it in two days. 3 weeks later i got it, and then started. That is just the way it goes, not body is ever really in a hurry, especially here in the government!
It sounds like it's time to go jump off a bridge.
Call him right before he would get off today, and tell him you were away from your phone because of the Holiday and that you are sorry you missed his call. He will either say, "oh I didnt call you" or "oh alright, heres what we do next"...

In any case you will find out. And if he says "oh I didn't call you", say oh... I read my phone incorrectly things are so scattered with the holidays. I had such a great thankgiving though. Now what is our next step?
