I have a degree in sports and exercise science and have just been accepted on the do a masters in nutritional theraphy. I have 8 years work experience in IT/Project Management and am wanting to change career - my knowledge of nutrition is very proficient. I don't want to wait the 3 years in takes to finish my masters to make the transition as I feel more than capable of advising at present but unfortunately my CV/work history doesn't show this
