Probably not - not something companies would want to advertise to the public
Don't think you will find what you are looking for.
So, you might give serious consideration to starting your own business, hiring ex-felons as employees and applying for a government grant as a small business.
You would be putting people to work that otherwise would have trouble finding a job, any decent job that paid anything and by creating jobs for these ex-cons, your giving them the opportunity to prove their worth to society and to themselves.
Plus, you don't have to deal with employers that are only interested in trying to take advantage of you.
Or, you could go after a grant to pay for a trade to learn, then you could get the type of work that you are interested in doing, and if your good at what you do, then you can be picky in who you work for.
