Security monitoring software that doesn't contain spyware??

Question:
I've been trying to find a security program that keeps logs of everything that's typed, all programs opened, websites viewed, etc. but every time I try to install one my Norton Antivirus interrupts and finds spyware. Even from download.com, which I thought was a safe site, especially since under every download link it reads ''tested spyware free''. Has anybody ever downloaded one of these programs and had it work properly, and not had any issues with spyware or viruses? Please lemme' know if you can recommend a decent and safe program. Thanks! :3

Answer:
just make use of the one that you have now.all you have to do is turn off your norton for atleast 1hour(just enough time for you to install the software) and then install the application that you want to install.after installing it.enable your norton.

the reason why norton is detecting a spyware is becasue antiviruses are designed to block unfamiliar and suspicious components that are intruding your pc even if they are not harmful or dangerous.and components such as the software you have now is not registered in nortons database as a safe component.that is why its blocking it.so that is the reason why you have to turn off your norton untill you already have successfully installed the software

good luck
if download.com says it, then I would think it is true. They have been around for a while. If in doubt, download Spybot Search and Destroy and Lavasoft's Adware remover and run both.
I reccomend getting Kaspersky Internet security. It's reliable and easy to use. Hope I could help :]
It detects spyware because that's what you're trying to install. You are SPYING. Leave your kids alone.
A monitoring program like that is spyware. It's just put there by you and on purpose. Of course your Anti-virus detects it as spyware.
Errr.. why do you want it? Sounds a bit creepy to me.
I'm not even sure that businesses should be using them let alone private individuals.

Your anti-spyware programs are probably flagging them as spyware because they ARE spyware! The only difference is that it's you doing the spying.
