As the org has been taken over recently & the IT manager have not met the new mgt decision maker before
IT manager know that an ERP solution is being planned for subsidiary company as a pilot for other countries, so that will need to coordinate this implementation as well as the day-to-day work as I.T. Manager of the affiliate. IT manager wish to convince management of the necessity to resource up and prepare properly for the implementation. His concern is that short-cuts should not be taken and that sufficient attention be given to getting the project off to a good start. The messages manager wish to convey at this initial meeting concern Business Process Reengineering, necessary investment in hardware, software and peopleware, and the importance of complete User Specifications.
