corporate social responsibility(CSR) is becoming an important factor in business,it helps the business not only to create a goodwill for the firm but a share in market also.
you need to carry people along, you can't do it all by yourself. First identify those that are going to be relevant in your vision, get them to do one or two things while you do the ones you know how to do best, then you combine the results. you would achieve a lot before you know it. it's a team thing.
