I am in the process of creating a software company with a focus on plagiarism detection. I am looking for any educators / teacher's or school admins who are willing to answer some questions I have about how to make my software teacher / school friendly. In return, I am offering free access (to the teacher and every teacher from their school) to this software once software is made available.

You should probably try directly emailing some school admins.
A lot of schools use turnitin.com though, so I don't know how well your product will do.
