What is Human Resource Risk?

Question:
What is the influence of Human Resource on Operational Risk?

Answer:
human resources are what a corporation calls it's employees. So if you own a McDonalds, and you have an employee who flies off the handle all the the time, putting that employee at a cash register would be a risk. Therefore, that employee would be considered a Human Resourse Risk
your employee could wind up stealing, performing poorly, becoming an accident risk by applying unsafe work practices, have a poor attitude creating a poor work enviroment (i.e. mean to people) and loosing potential customers...things like that..
i dont know check it up on google it has everything DUH!
Employing workers is a risk but you can do something about ensuring your risks are minimised.
