Question:
I am the one who do a lot of work at office, and even do those which does not belong to my funciton (requested by my boss), and the main reason is others can't perform the job. Even her suck English can't present well in front of our foriegn clients, and I was the one to assist her presenting and keep the image of the firm.
Yesterday my boss gave me a long speech, about how she gets into her position, and how talented she is..and how I should get something done (which I deal with higher management who has much more power over me) and it's really not up to me. then she continus with accusing me of not being able to push those higher management, and accusing me of being stubborn (word attack), then end up telling me that she thinks I really like to work alone, but I have joined so many projects she asked which the credit ends up belonging to others. the speech was so rude..
I am upset of her sick speech....now she tries to talk to me...what the F is she doing?
