What is a good solid Objective for resume?
Question:
To find a position in which both employee and employer work well and benefit each other.
thanks
Answer:
that is baloney . the employer does not care a hoot about your objectives. leave it out. he wants to know what you can do for him. that's all. He does not want to be used by you do get somewhere or something you want and need. he wants you to stay in that job forever and get better and better and never quit or ask for anything else. that is what he is looking for. not somebody who wants his job someday. feed his fantasy. not yours.
I agree. There is no real need for an objective statement. Leave it out, and draft a solid cover letter
