i have an old scanner its an hp scanjet 6200c my mom gave it to me i called the company and got a new disc to install the scanpro software my computer says the scanner is working properly but the scanpro program will stop running when i try to do the test scan why is this and can i so something minor to fix it...

I am going to guess that you are using a driver that is either corrupted or not compatible with your operating system. Visit
