How do I go about bidding for the council contract/s for waste management/other services in my area?

Answer:
Phone or call on your local council office , cleansing department , and find out when the contract is being reviewed . You then need to have the tendering documents which would be considered alongside any other company who wants the business.
Contact your local Member of Parliament (MP), or go to your state/province's website and find info there.
You might find that the Councilors own the company that do this job.

You need to be on the approved supply list of each council. Call the council direct for advice.
