HR manager. Are you a graduate in this field. You need to be skilled because you will be dealing with different personel and also you must be able to identify the best candidate for the position. If you have 0 exp. You may start as HR assistance.
Good luck
Holding seminars and training is considered an HR Trainer or Coaching. You will need many years of experience before achieving such a level. And, honestly, if you do not know what the name of the position you want, it means you have little experience. So get a job in HR to start off with, even if it's entry level. Everyone has to start somewhere. Wish you well.
It sounds like you want to work in either a training role or an Employee Relations role.
ER people have people call and stop in to talk about what's not right in their lives...it could be the colleague they can't stand working with, it could be that their boyfriend is a louse or whatever. It's your job to kind of be a counselor to them, listen to them and give them appropriate advice. They would also go into a situation where it might be hairy and work out a good solution. They do other stuff, too, but this sounds like it might be what you're talking about in one aspect of what you want.
Training folks might conduct new employee orientations, do safety seminars, continuing education things and stuff like that.
I hope this helps!
