Install these programs
Spybot
Adaware
AVG Free AntiVirus
AVG Antispyware
Spywareblaster
SpywareGuard
You can get these at Download.com OR majorgeeks.com
Then don't use Internet Explorer, switch to Firefox Browser
That should get you started..
Then go to www.bleepingcomputer.com and do some research on your other infections. You have quite a problem there. good luck.

System Doctor 2006 is an adware application. It infects your computer by trojan horses or by naming itself a free spyware removal tool and luring computer owners into installing it on their desktop machines. If you have installed SystemDoctor 2006 on your computer, it is advised to run a full spyware scan with anti-spyware software.
This Adware is also known as:
System Doctor 2006, SystemDoctor 2006
Check this link for removal instructions.
this is a painful trojan. it took me about 4 days to remove all traces.
go to castlecop.com and search their forums. theres a huge post there with removal steps.
they are all members of a gang called smitfraud. Download a small tool SmitfraudFix to remove it

(Vamsy's link will be only helpful if you have already downloaded and installed system doctor)
You have visited some sites that put "Spyware" and "Adware" on your computer whether you know it or you donot.
You need several programs, all of which are fortunately FREE.
Go to www.download.com
Get AdAware
Get Spybot Search and Destroy
Get CCleaner (Crap Cleaner)
Get Bug Doctor (this one you'll have to pay for, but it's a godsend.
Install AdAware, install SpyBot Search and Destroy
install CCleaner.
Also get NT Reg Cleaner, also known as ERUNT (German product)
While you're at it, get AVAST4 Anti-Virus protection.
Lastly, all those "tool bar" addons you don't like, but which keep popping up, you can normally delete by going into your control panel.
VERY IMPORTANT. FIRST, do a system backup. (Start button/programs/system tools/system restore) Bacup your system, THEN do the next step.
Go to the Control Panel.
Load the system software applet (the 3rd one from the left, top row. Once all your programs list, go down the list and delete all the ones you don't recognize. Be careful! You might delete something you want. If you delete the garbage, and everything works, you're fine. If you delete too much, then you need to do a system restore.
The ad you keep seeing for System Doctor is AdWare. Don't allow it to install. And the long list of web sites you keep being forced to go to are what I believe are called "cookies" (not sure of all the technical terms). When you run CrapCleaner, it allows you to delete ALL cookies. If a web site you want to visit wants to RE-INSTALL its cookies to your machine, it can install a fresh cookie each time!
Keep those cookies out of your computer! I hope that helps.
good luck!
Scan your computer for adware/viruses/trojans etc... with a bunch of free trial virus scanners to remove all of it. System Doctor is legit to an extent, but it acts just like adware and installs without your consent and asks for money to clean your computer, all the while slowing your PC down and popping up ads. I wrote this about a year ago, I don't think Spy Sweeper offers a free trial anymore, but you get the idea. This will take care of any programs that installed themselves on your PC without you knowing. If you can't go into add/remove programs and remove them manually, you'll have to follow this.

Virus Removal Guide 1.0
This isn't the most advanced way of removing them, but it's the easiest way for people who are moderately familiar with computers. If you still have viruses after trying this, you need to take it to someone who knows what they are doing.
1. Go to www.download.com
2. In the "Search" field type "ewido" without quotes. Click Search.
3. It should now show you the results of your search. Click the first option it gives you, which should be the trial version of Ewido.
4. You should now be at the download page for Ewido. Click Download. If it asks you where to save, save it to your desktop.
5. Do the same thing for the programs "adaware" and "spysweeper" (download them to the desktop). They too will be trial
versions.
6. You should now have 3 programs on your desktop that are not installed; Ewido, AdAware, and Spy Sweeper.
7. Restart the computer, and as it is booting up keep pressing F8 until a menu pops up - using the scroll keys choose "Safe Mode with Networking" and press enter.
8. Now the computer will boot up to a very basic mode of your operating system. Certain things will be disabled like 3d gaming because many of your drivers (programs that make your computer hardware work with your computer software) are turned off to prevent any possible confliction. In your case, it turns off any programs or viruses that boot up with your computer normally, so your virus scanners can detect and remove them easier when they aren't running like this.
9. It doesn't matter which program you choose, but choose one and continue to install it.
10. If any of the programs ask you if you want to update the program after, before, or during the installation then do it. If it doesn't ask you, you will need to update it yourself.
11. After it's done and installed, assuming it DID NOT ask you to install updates, click the update tab that should be pretty visible anywhere on the program. If you have dial-up, you want to connect to the internet. Go ahead and tell it to check for updates and download them.
12. After they are done downloading, it is prepared to give a scan. One of the tabs or buttons on the program should say "Scan" or something close to it. Click that and have to start scanning your computer. If it asks you where to scan, you want to scan everything but your cd-drives.
13. It will most likely find something. If and when it does, it may also ask you what to do with it. 99% of the time you definitly don't want it, so if it asks, remove it. Don't be suprised if you find 100+ items if you haven't scanned for awhile, normally they are mostly " tracking cookies" anyway. They are harmless, don't worry about them.
14. When it's done, if it hasn't already asked you while it was scanning to delete the files, go ahead and delete everything it found.
15. Now, exit out of that program by right clicking on it's icon on the tasbar and clicking exit, or something to that effect.
16. Install the next program that you downloaded, and do as we did with the previous one. (Update, scan, and remove infected files)
17. After you have run all 3 of those programs in Safe Mode, restart the computer and do the exact same thing in NORMAL mode(just let the computer boot up like it does normally).
18. So now - install, update, scan, and remove the infected files with 1 program at a time. The reason for this is if you scan with all programs at the same time and they all detect the same infected file, then remove it the other 2 will get confused because the infected file dissapeared. All three of those programs will most likely boot-up when you boot into normal mode. Just close out of all but one. Use that program, then move to the next.
19. When you are all done and finished scanning in normal mode, they shouldn't be detecting anymore viruses. If they are, bring it to a pro. i.e. "Geek Squad" Best Buy or "IQ Crew" Circuit City. Also, when you are done, remove and uninstall the programs but keep the executables (original files you downloaded from download.com) so next time you suspect a virus on your computer you can do this over again... because according to the trial anti virus programs you only used them for a few hours. Once you uninstall them, they stop counting down, but will resume when you re-install. Only downside to this is you don't have 24/7 protection. They typically don't do a good job of protecting you in real time anyway, they are only effective when they scan. So just make it a point to run through this procedure every now and then and it should be fine.
Good Luck, and feel free to message me with anymore questions.
Do not trust popups. They may be viruses also. You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
