Question:
In my former job, my main responsibility was to manage a high number of Independent Medical Evaluation referrals. There was a lot of complicated decision making on a daily basis and a number of steps required to complete the referral. Was very challenging.
My question is: Can I consider that as project management experience on my resume, since each one of these referrals was a project in and of itself? I worked independently. Could I call it small project management or just project management?

Go to that site and if you meet the criteria for the position you are seeking then I say go for it.
Personally- when an ad states Project Manager they generally refers to a college grad engineer or architect for building purposes by building firm
