2)After having the urgent meeting with our production manager, please allow us another two weeks to finish the order PO098721 since our production line is extremely busy now. And we guarantee that we will have this shipment shipped by the end of this month. Sorry for any inconvenience we may cause.
3)Regarding to your request from your previous e-mail, we have asked the warehouse guys to replace the wrong manuals with the most revised manuals and make sure every manual is placed into the right box correspondingly.
