Well brother ... I don't know ? If you can design and test bridges what the hell are you asking us for ?? My suggestion would be to search Google for the software, then get the software for free off of www.btmon.com or some other Torrerent site ??? How bout designing some abstract thought ???
The only one I've seen is Bridge Construction Set, by Chronic Logic. But I wouldn't exactly rely on its physics... seeing as it's a game.
check with autodesk,soildworks, that will get you started, trust me i know. and thats coming from a pro.
