I recently been absent from work due to viral fever and injury at the building where I am working.?

Question:
My question is when I informed our human resources and superior they felt that I was too money-minded because of my injury at work, when I had physical evidence that the building is not up to par. Due to this, I seemed to have noticed that my superior doesnt inform me if he is going on meetings or if we are working on something, he'd delegate it to somebody.
I feel that my job there is just like a watchdog, just take queries and not given as much responsibilities as before, I feel that she is skeptical of my skills. It seems like I am the last person to know.

Is this a red flag for me to look for work outside?
Sounds like they think you may try to sue them. Same thing happened to my mom. She got a permanent back injury on the job and after about 4 months they fired her for no reason so she did sue them and won.
Don't put up with it. They have no right to treat you like that. Don't give into them and quit. That is what they want you to do so they don't have to deal with you anymore.
You've obviously caused some waves (I assume you have some kind of law suit or workman's comp claim against your employer) and I would assume that any concerns/issues that your supervisor/Hr have will not go away quickly or ever as they are most likely recorded in your personal file. Request a meeting with your boss and address your concerns and if she sees obstacles to your being able to contribute more to the company and if so what can be done to remedy them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES -- imply you are considering looking for a new position outside the company as this will add to her concerns with you as an employee.

Then evaluate the meeting results and the actions you should next take to insure a profitable career - either at your present employer or at another one..

Good luck
yes
Don't know what state you are in, but there are state labor relations in most and you can speak to them about this. Did they cover your medical bills? If the place is unsafe to work then they should do that & have to bring it up to code depending on the state laws. Perhaps you should consult this dept. and if all else fails look for a job in a better place. Most of all don't let your anger get the best of you. It muttles your mind and drains your energy for nothing. Just look for a solution. Good Luck
