Question:
I plan to resign a regular job to take up consulting/project management job in the same company. That company is rapidly expanding and I would like to offer my services in the area of documentation, strategic planning and research as an external/outsourced person but I can't think of any specific projects that the company will need. Any suggestion?

Hi there,
If a company is rapidly expanding then it will need help and advice on how to implement processes that will ensure that as it expands rapidly it can continue to grow healthily.
I've seen a lot of small companies suddenly grow whilst keeping their small business processes and procedures and then when they get bigger they either have a lot of pain changing or they collapse.
I can't advise on specific projects because I don't know the company and what they do / need, but implementing procedures to sustain and enhance their growth would be a great thing.
