Encourage employees after loosing a big project or a company setback?

Question:
As a secretary of HR I would like to know
how to write a letter in which on behalf of management we motivate employees to never loses hopes although we lost a big project.I want to assure them also in a letter that your job is secure and as company is growing n getting more n more projects so we have more chances of advancement.
Can anyone help me to write an official letter to all employees.

Answer:
Let your employees know that the business world is uncertain and that losses are always a risk you have to take. Try to get it into their heads that their job is secure and that everything is normal. If you try to use too much persuasion, or if you sound desperate, you might scare them off.
go to some sales web sites, they have a lot of motivational information. try zig ziglar, tom hopkins, www.buygitomer.com, selling power etc.
