My optimus ditgital camera needs to be installed but microsoft states failed test?

Question: while trying to get my optimus mpeg4 to work,got a install software message. clicked install and microsoft put up warning this camera had failed test for xp use. What can I do to fix this ?

Contact the customer services for the camera, most new cams should be XP compatible, customer services may be able to help you out;
