Methods of recruiting would depend on the vocation. You would need to know the demographic you are targeting. Type of pay, qualifications necessary, education required, etc... For instance... you wouldn't be targeting college graduates to work at Arbys.
So once you figured out your demographic, you could use Want ads, Employment agencies, Job Service agencies, Unemployment agencies and the like. Different cities have different employment agencies to work with. Put the type of qualifications you are looking for and they are very good about sending people to you for little or no cost. Some employment agencies charge a fee.
I do all the hiring for the company I work for and these methods seem to work very well.
