Question:
I need FULL information about any GOOD and POPULAR RESTAURANTS which serve TAPAS in MADRID.
I need their WEBSITE which will give me info on their SERVICES, CULTURE, MANAGEMENT, basically complete info.
We are making a project on SPAIN and any one LOCAL RESTAURANT of Spain and we have to study its culture and how it is typically SPANISH.

Why are you focusing on tapas? Tapas are much more common in the south (Andalucia) or in the north, where they are rather known as Pinchos. Few restaurants in Madrid have a website and most will be formal, vs. tapas places. I'm from Madrid so take it from me.

If you need a website for a Madrid restaurant, go to http://www.revistaiberica.com/directorio... It has a list of Madrid restaurants and the first ones have websites you can access from this page, some of them in English. If your focus is Madrid (rather than tapas) i suggest you find one that serves COCIDO or CALLOS, both typical Madrid dishes. It is a shame to go to all that effort for Madrid to pick a restaurant that serves stuff from other regions...
