I currently have a no end job. Meaning there is no room for me to move up. So I started looking for a job . I went to a interview for a payroll coordinator position,but they also said they were in need of a human resource person as well . I have experience in both due to the military ,but for the human resource position they want someone with a certificate. Which I do not have. Both positions make the same amount.

It depends on what company you are planning to work for. If they offer a good benefits package along with a good salary you might take the job that will get you hired. Once you are in the company, make important contacts and then bid for other jobs as they become open.
