Help me find the right career.?

Question:

I've completed a BSc Computer Science degree with a 2:1 and I got a 2:1 for my 3rd year project in which I programmed with Java.

I've nearly finished another degree in MSc International Business Management. I've passed all my exams, but am now working on my thesis.

Being 23 years of age, I'm wondering, what sort of career avenues does this open up for me?

I haven't worked for anyone yet, but I have worked on the internet by coding PHP scripts, designing website etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
