What forms go to Payroll?
Most companies have different people to do different things when a person is newly hired. One person does the background checks, another person does the paperwork for medical insurance, etc., etc.
The HR department consist on HR manager, Recruiter, payroll, beneftis, training specialist, HR administrative assistant, HR assistant, HR generalist, each on the individual does different things throughout the human resources department.
I basically AM the HR Department at the small nonprofit where I work...
Everything but the W-4 (which goes to payroll) stays in the HR office.
