I have a very important question, I have a billion dollar (I know, hard for me to believe myself)GPS product based concept (more concept than product) that has been VERBALLY(with NDA'S)
accepted by top management of two fortune 200 companies. I am planning a visit there in the very near future, how do I solidify (close) the preliminary agreement(s) short of a full outright purchase agreement/contract. Regards, Mark

I suggest you first pickup a book from amazon.com on negotiations. When you go to visit these corporations, be prepared to present them the incredibly potential your product has, the billion dollar market that it will establish itself in (or create) and discuss how the product can be implemented from its planning stage to production to marketing. It would be especially helpful and professional to do so with a powerpoint presentation, no longer than 20 slides long. (preferably 5-15)
