How can you get a job in Human Resources without any experience?
Question:
Answer:
My girlfriend is majoring in Psychology and can get internships in HR at many different places. So that's one way you could rack up experience.
Other than that, I'm sure if you worked your way up through purchasing, or through another position at a different job, you could possibly transfer to HR after you have tenure.
Just some thoughts...
Wow, I'm trying for the same thing and I don't have any experience in the field either. Good luck and I hope you get some good answers!! I'm going to be checking!!
:( Internships in your Junior year would have been helpful. (I know it's kind of late now).
Try to put yourself out there make your resume look like you are the best for the job.Put best qualities first. You can make you resume look excellent out of anything.Make yourself noticeable.Be creative and try to grab their attention.Keep it to the point don't use extra words. Most employers only skim over resumes or applications so let your best Qualities stand out.Let them know you are a hard worker and you are very interested and will use your skills to help make their business be more successful.GOOD LUCK!
