Does anyone know where I can get a project management template for writing a book (novel)?

Question: I am experimenting with new ways to approach and track my writing, and I am looking to design a Microsoft Project Management Plan.

I tend to procrasitante when I should be writing. I am hoping that a more professional approach will help.

There are some project management softwares on cnet- some are freeware like SharedPlan OpenPlanning 2.3, some are shareware, but most have a free trail. Project Engine Personal 2007:2 is another free one you might like.
