Question:
I am currently getting my 2-year AAS in Human Resourses. I want to get my BA in it. What kind of classes will I have to take when I transfer schools. (More generals or specific like more business classes, etc.)
Answer:
It all depends on the school you go to. You will need to take the general classes (math, english, science, etc) but for your core HR classes you will probably need to take classes in business, training, employment law, organizational development, and other classes specifically related to HR. This is of course if the program you are in is specifically for HR. There are many schools out there now that offer degrees in HR Management.
HOpe this helps. I received my BA in Human Relations with an emphasis in HR Managment.
