Human resource is the only resource which has got no limits! It is like a infinite pool of potential to be tapped. Initially the employees are self motivated as they are young/fresh and raring to go. But, as time passes this enthusiasm dies out. Self motivation is like a fire but to keep it burning you need the fuel of 'recognition' . If u keep your human resource motivated they will be charged up to do the job effectively leading to a quality product. This quality product coupled with quality 'recognition' will keep them happier so overall happiness quotient improves due to this upwardly spiralling effect leading to people producing quality product and thus "Quality People"
