Where can i get ieee standards from?

Question:
am not an ieee member and hence can't get it from the ieee site.

i need the standards for:
1. software metrics and measurements
2. software requirement specifications (SRS)
3. testing
4. project planning

Answer:
Actually you can buy them outright, but if you need more than 1 or 2, a membership will pay for itself with the discount. In addition, joining the IEEE computer society is something you may find to be extremely beneficial, as I belive conf proceedings are free.

There is also the IEEE digital library, which runs $35/month, and allows you to retrieve 10 articles per month, and is a real bargain.
Most public library's should have what you are looking for in the technical section.
