How could I disable/enable a USB port in Windows 2000 without using the GUI?

Question:
I would like to be able to disable and enable a USB port via a program or script that I can create and schedule.

Enable/disable can be done using Computer Management/Device Man ager Enable/Disable, but this requires me to use the GUI interactively (which is not useful for my project).

I will appreciate very much any ideas. Thanks!

Answer:
I don't think that is possible...device manager is only way you can do that.
