Question:
I have managed hotels for the last ten years, left my employment to complete my BS and start graduate school (I haven't worked for 1.5 years), but the last month I have been trying to get into HR and cannot seem to get an interview. I have a large amount of HR experience (due to my being the manager of the hotel- and taking care of all HR duties). I am willing to take an entry level - do my time... any suggestions?
Also I have worked for the same employer for the last 8 years - and I have been looking to get a job on Careers builder and other web sites like it - Since I have not looked for a job in 10 years- any advice will help.
