the categories are:
Natural Resources (4)
Capital Resources (4)
Labor (2)
Entrepreneurship (5)
i think i know most of them, the ones im really stuck on is:
money
human resources
new businesses
people
but id still like to know what you think all the other ones are too

Commas would have helped. But, these would be my guesses. The Entrepreneurship one confuses me.
Natural Resources: water, minerals, land, forests (4)
Capital Resources: money, equipment, buildings, tools (4)
Labor: manager, people (2)
Entrepreneurship: entrepreneur, human resources, risks, new businesses, efficient (5)
Money is capital
Human and people should be labour
new businesses is probably entrepreneurships.
As for the others, you should break them up so it is easier to read which are only 1 word and those that are 2 words.
