One thing that might interest you, lots of people race through the tests thinking they are based on how fast you complete them. Most aptitude tests are designed to find out your problem solving abilities. I once sat in a room of 300 people to take one. I was the last one in the room and never finished the test. I figured I blew it. 2 weeks later I was hired and out of curiosity I asked them why. They said, "you were the only one in the room who was more concerned with finding the proper answers rather than how many questions you could complete". I guess what I am saying is slow down and comprehend the questions. Employers want people who can do the job right the first time.
Its kind of tough to help out with that, but I always think of the right answer as opposed to my answer. Just think about what you would look for in a person as an employee.
