What is the best modern comedy to review for a Stress Management class?

Question:
I'm currently taking this class called Stress Management, and I must present a comedy/TV show review as a project for my class. But because of my technique of staying possitive and optemistic and having fun to reduce stress at times, I watch quite alot of TV.

Some comedies I watch is: That 70's Show, Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a half Men, How I met your mother, the class, Rules of Engagement, Friends, Family Guy, The Winner (also I have seconds thoughts about this particular show...), War at Home, 'Till Death.

Some TV shows I watch are: Alias, Veronica Mars, Beauty and the Geek, American Funniest Home Videos, Jericho, Smallville, Supernatural.

The task for the answerers is to pick @least one of the shows I listed and tell me why I should do a review on it. In your descriptions, please make sure it's a good show to help being Stress Hardi, if you know what that is.

So, just to make it clear, it's gotta do with stress. Thanks for your help, people!

Answer:
Rules of Engagement it is a funny show and just about everyone can relate to at least one of the characters .

Why not try AMV because that show nobody can stay pissed off and be watching that has to be a major stress reliever
Watch the movie "Office Space". It's easy to relate to if you've ever worked in an office.
do one on AFV it is a good choice AND you get entertained while reviewing it, write down what you like and dislike about it, try to even tape an episode, see if they will allow you to bring the tape in for all to enjoy. good luck!
