ALSO remember to do role acting and life coaching and to ask the hard questions ie goal for 90days 6mo 1yr 5yr.and what would they onsider the perfect job for them and seal that up in an env. for 1 yr on there aniv. pull that letter out 98% of the the goal have been met and exceed for the 1st yr. therfore your staff people are happier and do better work
