Anyone know of a yahoo email adress I can send tech. questions to?
Question:
1)I have everything checked properly under “share music” on my 360, yet when people visit my page they cannot see my launch cast?
2) I have also tried adding rss feed and each time I copy the shortcut and try to save in on my 360 it tells me the url is invalid. (I have tried multiple pages, thinking it is the websites short cut that is incorrect, but all are not saving because it says they are invalid)
3)I cannot see my group "canadianseedtrader" on my groups on my 360. I can see the other, but not this one.
If you can offer advice on any of the 3 or know of a phone number or email adress I can send these questions to for added help that would be great!

the link is below... but a few tips before you contact them.
1. did you click the box that says launch cast and did you make it avaiable to be seen by public... have you enabled sharing from your launchcast station from launchcast site...
2. have you tried right clicking the rss feed orange button and clicking copy short cut and then pasting that into the field for rss feed?? try also right clicking then selecting properties then copy and pasting that url to your feed
3. i am unsure how groups works so im reading the help section on that which ive pasted as the 2nd link. the help page there says that if its marked as adult content it wont be publicly displayed on your 360. this is not saying that you marked it that way maybe the owner/starter of the group did and thats not saying its actually adult content for all it matters the owner may want to keep the immature people out ..

1. On your 360 page, go to SELECT VIEW, click SHARE MUSIC. The LAUNCHcast Radio item should be checked, and have "Can be seen by PUBLIC" in the upper right. Click SAVE at the bottom. If it still doesn't show in the public view or when someone else is viewing your page, I would chalk it up to the fact that 360 is still in beta. I have my blog set up correctly, I can see it in PUBLIC view, but if I open it from someone elses computer, it doesn't show.
2. RSS Feeds. Go to SELECT VIEW. Click SHARE FEEDS.
When you find an RSS feed you want to share, click the RSS button at the bottom of the feed. A page will open that looks like it's written in code. THIS is the web address that you want to enter in your list of feeds. I haven't had a problem with this, it works great.
3. I'll have to get back with you about the groups. I don't belong to any yahoo groups, so I haven't tried to set that up yet.
