Can you include your webcam into your contact instant messenger box to be view by another person? or can it be permantly set into the instant messenger screen that you are having a conversation with so they can view your webcam? example setting it within the conversation box in the same manner like sharing your photo.

I don't think so I think it must be authorized every time.
No. It opens in a separate window - so if you're chatting with someone and both with cams, you must have three separate windows - but this lets you move/shape each one exactly where you want it on your screen.
Other similar programs sometimes have cam pix built in to main window - there are pros and cons for both, but YM is definitely "separate windows".
